1. Proactively assign courses based on pre-defined mappings.
Noverant allows you to pre-assign content to particular groups (e.g., departments, job codes, etc.). Once a user is assigned to that group, they automatically inherit all training associated with that group.
2. Document training events after they occur.
Noverant can track completions after they occur, even if the content was not resident within the Noverant system.
3. Combined approach.
Noverant provides the ability to do both, i.e., proactively assign complex information and content to groups of users and also keep track of individualized training after it occurs.
In addition, Noverant provides a wide variety of options on content scheduling. You can give users the flexibility to go online, select a course or session, and sign up for a specific time, or you may opt to assign them to particular sessions by one or more training administrators. In either case, when the time draws near, Noverant will send a reminder to the user via email. Students can take the course through Noverant’s web-based delivery and learn their proficiency scores in real time, even finding out such details as why their answer to Question #6 was wrong and should have been Answer A instead of Answer B. After students complete a course, they can also use the Noverant system to evaluate the instructor.
Training managers have the capability to drill down into a course, see how many students enrolled in it, take attendance, find out where and when it was held, and even print a sign-in sheet or roster if desired.
Managers can run analytics that provide them with powerful gap analyses to determine workforce skill mix, upcoming certification expirations and even more detailed information such as how many students missed Question #6 and gave incorrect Answer B instead of Answer A.
