Continuing Education, Credentialing and Licensing
Many associations use Noverant to credential or license their members, providing continuing education geared toward learners who must hold down a full-time position and secure additional credentials at night from the privacy of their homes.
In Noverant’s dynamic certification process, if parameters get revised by the licensing agency so that a new qualification is required, individuals are notified. As an example, nurses may stand to lose a certain certification and have 90 days to fulfill the new requirement unless they take a specific course. The Noverant system will notify the individual, deliver the course, and issue new certification. In addition, managers and administrators will be able to keep track of completion status for their particular groups so they can answer questions such as: “How many nurses have completed the latest certification requirements?”
Upon successful completion of training courses, individuals will have access to their government-approved certificate that they can view, download or print out at their convenience. Users may print Noverant-certified transcripts and certificates at any time; however, they do not have access to manipulate any of their electronic training records.
