Our Culture
Noverant believes in serving people. Whether serving clients, vendors, or our employees and their families, we believe that serving people is our calling. Our roots are in healthcare, life science, pharma, and medical device industries and have expanded to many other mission-critical environments.
We are proud to know we are an important part of helping our clients improve the lives of others. We serve users on six continents, so an inclusive and impartial approach is key. A service ticket from an Afghan trainer has the same weight as a learner in Ohio, and when a client calls with an urgent request in response to a pandemic - it's all hands on deck.

As a turn-key learning management company, Noverant is dedicated to sharing the wonders of learning by providing learning resources to organizations across multiple industries. In an effort to give back to our community, we provide funding to some great non-profit organizations, including Angel Flight, Make-A-Wish, and United Way.
